The parking lot is open daily from 06:15 to 18:00 and also during night ferry departures and arrivals. By Train It is possible to travel to Gothenburg Centralstation from many Swedish destinations including Stockholm to the North East and Helsingborg in the South. The ferry terminal can be reached by public bus or tram disembarking at Masthuggstorget / Stena Danmarksterminal. By Bus You can travel by bus or tram direct to Masthuggstorget / Stena Danmarksterminal from Gothenburg city centre. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. By Taxi You can take a taxi from Centralstationen (Gothenburg Central Train Station) to the Stena Danmarksterminal (Stena Line Ferry Terminal) in approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. How to get to Trelleborg By Car Parking Lot Parking is available in Briggen and also close to the main ferry terminal. You will require a P-plate (parking-plate) which can be obtained for free from the terminal building. Parking charges in Briggen One hour: 8 SEK One day: 80 SEK Pay for your parking using cash or bank / credit card. Stena Line accept the following cards, Preem, Hydro, Shell, Amex, Diners, Statoil, VISA, Mastercard and Eurocard. By Train It is possible to travel to Malmo train station from various Swedish destinations. To get from the town centre to the ferry port, please take bus No. 146 and disembark at the (last) stop, Trelleborg Övre. From there it is a 10 minute walk to the main Stena Line terminal. By Bus If you are at Malmo train station you can take bus No. 146 and disembark at the last stop, Trelleborg Övre. From there it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Stena Line Terminal. This bus runs several times per hour and takes approximately 50 minutes. It costs 60 SEK / € 7.20 per person. Throughout the region of Skåne you can travel on yellow Regional buses. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver on boarding and you can pay using a debit or credit card. If you intend on touring the area, the purchase of a Jojo card is recommended (this is available in the kiosk at the bus station in Trelleborg). This card will be charged with a certain amount (usually 200 SEK) and can be used by more than one person. The green City buses are the easiest way to get about Trelleborg town and you can pay for a regular bus ticket or alternatively, buy a 24 / 72 hour ticket using a Jojo card. Regular tickets are also available at the tourist office in Trelleborg. In addition, there is an "Around the Sound" ticket, which is valid in the Øresund region and can also be used for trips to Copenhagen. Please allow at least half an hour before your ferry departure. By Taxi The Stena Line Ferry Terminal is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Trelleborg. Please note as pedestrian, there is no footpath from the terminal to the ferry. There is a shuttle bus provided, free of charge. How to get to Karlskrona By Car Karlskrona ferry terminal is located in Verkö, which is approximately 10 km from Karlskrona city centre. Follow the signs to Verkö and Gdynia (highlighted with a ferry symbol). Parking Lot There are car parking spaces available outside the main terminal building. It is possible to pay with cash and various current gas cards. A one day ticket will cost 45 SEK. By Train There are excellent rail connections to Karlskrona from destinations around Sweden. From Malmö or Gothenburg take Skånetrafiken’s train to Karlskrona C Hållplats. Due to the distance, you will need to take a bus or taxi to the Stena Line ferry terminal from the station. A one-way ticket can be purchased from a driver and costs 20 SEK . The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. By Taxi A one way taxi ride from the town centre to the Stena Line ferry terminal takes approximately 10 minutes and should cost between 200 / 300 SEK.
