Firstly, check your receipt to make sure your membership number appears. It can take up to 24 hours for points collected on onboard purchases to appear in your online account.
Once you have completed your trip, or 24hrs have passed, log in to your Stena MORE member profile and your points balance can be seen on the ‘Overview’ page.
