Yes of course, we are happy to make arrangements for anyone who requires help at our ports or onboard our ships.
If you have mobility needs and you require assistance, please advise our Customer Service Team at least 48 hours before the start of your journey by calling us on +44 (0) 343 208 1800 and quote with your booking reference. Alternatively you can e-mail us at the following address: email@example.com (more than 7 days prior to departure).
To ensure that we provide you with the best level of service, we kindly request that you to check-in at least 1 hour before departure (2 hours on our Liverpool route).
