Yes, it is possible amend or cancel your reservation online any time prior to the departure date. Just click the "Login or Manage Booking" link which you will find at the top right hand side of the website, and follow the instructions that are given.
We may apply an amendment fee, this depends on the type of fare you have purchased. If you wish to upgade to another type of fare, the difference in value will be charged additional to the amendment fee.
In the event of cancelling an existing reservation, any refund due will be applied automatically to the bank card which was used at the time of the original transaction.
