How do I see my points balance?

Log on to your MORE profile using this link (insert link) and you’ll see newly earned points within 24 hours of your purchase. 

What happens if I forget to show my MORE membership card?

Points can only be collected at the point of purchase.

 

You can collect points online by logging in to Stena MORE prior to bookings, and on board by showing your Stena MORE digital Membership card or printed pass from Guest Services. Please note that you can only earn points on a booking where you personally travel. Points that you fail to collect at the time of booking or making Stena Line purchases can’t be added at a later date.
