Booking your trip over the phone and making last-minute changes to your travel plans can be costly and stressful. Stena MORE Gold and Platinum Members can contact our Customer Service teams without incurring a fee for doing so.
While service charges are waived for Gold and Platinum Members, they are still responsible for any difference in fare, as well as any specific, fare-type amendment fees that may apply.
Platinum and Gold Members are exempt from paying the service fee when booking or making changes to bookings over the phone or in-person at our port terminals. Members will be required to pay the amendment fee. Below you can see a brief explanation of both terms and their exemptions:
Service fee
This fee is applicable when booking any form of travel via telephone or in person at the port. You will not be charged this fee when you book online.
Amendment Fee
This fee is applicable when making a change to the departure time, day or route of any single sailing. Any difference in fare will also be charged accordingly.
Changes exempt from amendment fees:
• Changes to passenger details
• Changes to car details
• Adding cabins, meals or Stena Plus Lounge to a booking
