Passengers travelling to Holland

Permitted travel to the Netherlands is dependent on your situation. Please check what possible conditions may affect you before you travel. If you are refused entry it is your/the customer’s responsibility to cover your/their own cost of travel back to their original point of departure. Please refer to the most current information.

In order to enter the Netherlands, passengers must provide:

  • Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result not older than 72 hours prior to the arrival time. Details on the current requirement. Please note: Other tests, like the NHS test are no longer valid
  • A paper copy of a completed Negative Test Declaration COVID-19 form

If you cannot show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, you will not be permitted to enter the Netherlands. Failure to comply with the above restrictions is a criminal offence and may result in a fine being administered. View the most current Dutch Travel Restrictions.
